Courtney was born in Arizona and grew up in a military family. Her dad was in the Air Force which gave her the opportunity to live in many places and experience a variety of cultures.

Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Utah State University. She taught 1st grade for many years before moving to Promontory to teach kindergarten. She is excited for a new hands-on approach to teaching, with a focus on emotional development.

Courtney’s hobbies include trail running, yoga, canyoneering, and playing with her pets. She has 3 cats, a dog, and a tortoise!

Lydia was born and raised in Box Elder County. She is married to her best friend, and they have two amazing dogs together. She is so excited to make Kindergarten a fun and enjoyable experience by having hands-on learning. Her hobbies include; hiking, baking, playing tennis, and reading.
