Elenoa Fisher is a dedicated educator with 18 years of experience teaching Kindergarten through 3rd grade. She discovered her passion for teaching through her love for guiding and nurturing her own children, which later grew into a lifelong career in education.

Originally from Vava’u, Tonga, Elenoa spent her childhood in the islands before moving to the United States at the age of 17. After graduating as an honor roll student from Saineha High School, she earned a full-ride scholarship to Brigham Young University–Hawaii. While learning English as her second language, she excelled academically and participated in the Polynesian Cultural Center’s work-study program. In 2002, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System.

In 2008, Elenoa joined Quest Academy as a full-time ARL teacher while simultaneously earning her teaching degree. Since then, she has become a Level 3 licensed teacher in Utah, known for her commitment to fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in her students.

Elenoa is also a widow and mother of four—Line is 24, Leka is 22, Losa is 10, and Leah is 4. Her hobbies include playing tennis, pickleball, cooking, baking, sewing, swimming, hiking, or just spending time with her children. Her journey from the islands of Tonga to the classroom has given her a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for the value of education, cultural diversity, and lifelong learning.

Elenoa is incredibly excited and grateful to be a part of a wonderful school and teaching Kindergarten this year at Promontory. She has expressed her gratitude to walking in a school feeling supported among peers with similar goals, aspirations, and a love for nurturing growth in education
